Daniel M. Lewis, Esq.

Attorney Daniel M. Lewis graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 1976 and received his J.D. from Boston University in 1981. He is a native of Providence, Rhode Island. Prior to the formation of Murphy, Lewis & Loscocco, Attorney Lewis was a partner in the firm of Hochberg and Lewis, which concentrated in condominium development and the representation of lenders making residential loans. Attorney Lewis regularly represents a large number of national and local lenders and is a title insurance agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company and Stuart Title Guarantee Company.

   Charles C. Murphy, Esq.

Attorney Charles G. Murphy graduated from Princeton College in 1971 and received his J.D. from Northeastern University in 1974. He is a native of Norwood, Massachusetts. He specializes in family law, including the probate of estates, divorce, adoption, guardianship, will contest and general probate court litigation. From 1981 until the formation of Murphy, Lewis & Loscocco in 1988, Attorney Murphy was Regional Counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Social Services, the Commonwealth's child welfare agency. Prior to that he served as the senior staff Attorney at Pine Tree Legal Services in Lewiston, Maine, where he handled and supervised other attorneys handling a wide variety of family law matters.		   James N. Loscocco, Esq.

Attorney James N. Loscocco graduated from Boston College in 1986, and received his J.D. from Vermont Law School in 1991. He is a native of Holliston, Massachusetts, where he continues to live and practice law. As an active member of the local community, Attorney Loscocco is the elected Vice-Chairperson of the Holliston Housing Authority. In private practice since 1991, Attorney Loscocco specializes in residential and commercial real estate law, with the primary focus of his practice on the representation of local Buyers, Sellers, and Lenders in residential real estate transactions. His practice also concentrates on the specialized representation of Condominium Associations.
